PRIVACY & AD MEASUREMENT

Your choice matters.

We use the information you enter to create your account, send a verification email, and save your course and P.A.C.E. progress. Optional email updates include a few reminders to start the course and save your goal. You can turn reminders off in your account settings or from any reminder email.

While you are signed in, we record sign-ins, visits to member-area pages, and saved training milestones so the site administrator can see account activity and support your progress. A page visit does not prove a video was watched. The activity view does not show private workbook answers or your contact records.

If you use Ask John, we save your question and the answer in your account. An administrator may use an AI service to prepare a draft, which the administrator reviews before publishing. Please do not include confidential client information in a question. Administrators can see member engagement summaries and self-reported P.A.C.E. progress.

If you use Messages, we save your conversation so you and site administrators can read and reply. Messages are not private from the administrator. Please do not include confidential client information. Unread alerts appear inside the signed-in site; they are not email or phone notifications.

Our administrator receives an internal email when you create an account, ask about a plan, or start a paid subscription. It includes your contact details and the plan or message you submitted so we can respond. Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

With your permission, Meta Pixel runs on our public home, free-course, coaching, promotional, and new-member signup pages. It records a page visit and, after a successful submission, a course signup, new-member signup, or coaching inquiry event. We do not intentionally send your name, email, password, application answers, or member CRM activity in these events. Meta may use cookies and browser information to measure ads. See Meta’s privacy policy for its practices.

Ad measurement is off.

You can change this choice here at any time. Your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal also turns ad measurement off.
